All Things Real Estate was started back in 2014, as the dream of a small team (one REALTOR® and one designer) dedicated to the idea that real estate marketing materials didn't have to be ugly, boring, and one-size-fits-all.
Since then, we've grown from a tiny online store to a national leader in contemporary real estate supply design and expanded to include our beautiful new storefront in SE Portland. Today we proudly offer the very best in high quality, ready-made and customizable real estate marketing supplies and promotional materials with a modern flair.
Chock full of the freshest designs—we carry all things for your real estate marketing needs from open house products and yard signs, listing and sold stickers, to sign riders and directionals, homebuyer journals, apparel, accessories and so much more.
Though we ship everywhere, we're committed to producing local, so all that you see on our website is designed, printed and shipped directly from our home here in Portland, Oregon.

Meet the Team:
Owner & Realtor®, Tracey
A Realtor since 2005 and the co-owner of Dwell Realty (along with partner Chris Guinn III), Tracey Hicks created the first Homebuyer Journal back in 2011 in an effort to help her buyer clients stay organized. The response was overwhelming and soon Tracey was able to finally help change the look of real estate by giving fellow Realtors the access to creative marketing products and to great design!
Designer, Amanda
Amanda is the talented, amazing, and delightful designer behind all our show-stopping, cutting edge designs. She joined ATRE in June 2015 after graduating from The Art Institute of Portland earlier that year and has been designing our products ever since. With Mom and Sister both Real Estate Agents in Central Oregon, it seems only fitting for her to be working in the Real Estate field as well. We are lucky to have her, and lucky for you, we share her with YOU!
Marketing Director, Elle Halliburton
Born & raised in Portland, Elle is our newest staff person at ATRE. Many know her as Ms.Elle, an underground hip-hop artist performing at festivals and venues around town. As a former Division I athlete, Elle enjoys being a part of the sports community by coaching Track & Field at her Alma Mater, Jesuit High School, and doing sports videography.
Operations Manager, Amy
Printing, Lucious (aka Bubba)
Bubba prints all of our journals, stationary, banners, stickers, decals and much more right here in our store!
Fulfillment, Axel
Axel manages our fulfillment department. He packages and ships out out over one hundred orders everyday, and ensures your products arrive safe and sound.
and of course, our "doorbell", Cudi
-Barks at everyone who comes in the door until they acknowledge him, then he ignores them after they say hi.
-10 Years old
-Named after Kid Cudi (Haley, Tracey's daughter, named him after her middle school obsession)
-loves treats, but only certain ones.
